TYLER HUGHES
LEAD PROJECT MANAGER | OWNER
Tyler is a Lexington, Kentucky native who earned a business degree from the University of Kentucky. Tyler is living his dream working in the construction industry and has met many great people through his work. Tyler is married to Kathryn and they have 3 children Ella, Simon, and Jameson. When he is not working, Tyler loves to travel and play golf across the country. Tyler enjoys serving his community through Southland Christian Church.
MIKE ASAY
PROJECT MANAGER | CONSTRUCTION
Mike is a Lexington, Kentucky native who earned a business degree from the University of Kentucky. He is a key factor in enabling TJH Construction Company to run smoothly and coordinate subcontractors for many jobs at once. He is also the operating partner for Lawn Masters. Mike spends his free time golfing, hunting, and traveling.
JOHN OTTER
PROJECT MANAGER | CONSTRUCTION
John is a Long Island native, but has spent his adult life in Kentucky. John has been in construction his entire life, from owning a roofing business to building custom homes. He combines his years of experience and deep knowledge of building to oversee production at TJH Construction Company. John enjoys spending his free time traveling with his wife, Gwen, and restoring vintage cars.
SHANE MCKINNEY
PROJECT SUPERVISOR | CONSTRUCTION
Shane is a Lexington, Kentucky native. Shane began his career in property and construction maintenance. Shane and JoAnna enjoy traveling to new places each year. They love their vacations and time spent making memories with their kids Logan, Lucas, Maleigha and Michael.
EMILY GIANCARLO
PROJECT ASSISTANCE | DESIGN
Emily Giancarlo is a born and raised Lexington native. She attended the University of Kentucky, studying and earning her degree in both Printmaking and Photography. Emily recently transitioned from the wedding industry to construction, but has been a lifelong creative with an artistic eye. Emily and her husband Geoff have two daughters, Evie and Marion. They enjoy cooking together, playing with their girls and taking walks with their dog June!
